Thimphu Sausage House

Sloane’s is a premium artisan meat producer in Thailand, especially well known for British-style sausages, bacon, cured meats and butcher products. It was started in 2009 by British chef Joe Sloane, who had worked in five-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants before focusing on sourcing from Thai farms and making artisan meat products.
